SQL Server Replication - How are Inserts / Updates / Deletes captured from
the base SQL Server tables? I get the feeling that snapshot tables are used
but how are changes determined and then distributed to queues? Is there a
trigger placed on the rows? Can't seem to find this answer in the How it
works topics under replication so I thought I would try here. Thanks.
