Not really much to see.. Looks OK from the few screens I could see
which really isn't much.

You might want to add a about the service page for those who want more
details that describes the process:

1. enter your data.into the site [screenshot of form, like a birthday]
2. x days before anniversary will will receive an email reminder
[screenshot of sample message received reminding of birthday]
3. etc.
