Has someone ever successfully installed MSDE 2000 SP4 on XP?

Hi,
I've tried to install MSDE 2000 SP4 on Windows XP SP1 machine but the installation process failed with this message:

"Setup failed to configure the server. Refer to the server error logs and setup error logs for more information"

As for the setup log the command that caused the problem:

The cnfgsrv.out file contains this:

I used the following command:

C:\MSDE\Setup.exe /settings "setup.ini" /qn /L*v C:\MSDELog.log

The setup.ini:
[Options]
SAPWD="sa"
SECURITYMODE=SQL
COLLATION="SQL_Hungarian_CP_1250_CI_AS"

I've tried everything (for 2 days) i found on the web but nothing helped:
- Changed the Computername uppercase
- Removed all registry keys for prevoius installation of SQL server 2000

I tried to install MSDE on 4 different computers with no success.
Does anybody have a suggestion? I am desperate.
