Hi.

I have a .trc file created by SQL Profiler of SQL Server 2005.

I need to open the .trc file in another machine which has only SQL
Server 2005 Express Edition but SQL Profiler installed. Is there any
free open source software which i can use to open the .trc file?

Thanks.

Not exactly source, but free. To wit, SQL Express 2005 itself. Checkout
fn_trace_gettable in Books Online.
