Production Support and on-call - 100%
Development - 0% initially. Will revisit after production support is
transitioned.
Projects - 0% initially. Will revisit after production support is
transitioned.
Enterprise: - This is extremely important from a criticality
perspective.

Primary Skills:
Strong understanding of Enterprise application & maintenance
functions
Good understanding of Windows server configuration and maintenance
Experience with Citrix required
Auto Pilot ( Backup scheme)

Ideal Candidate:

6+ yrs in IT 5+ yrs with Hyperion should have solid experience on
Enterprise application & maintenance functions Good understanding of
Windows server configuration and maintenance Experience in Citrix and
knowledge in Auto Pilot (Backup scheme) is a must
