Under "Data Mining" Microsoft lists

"Text Analysis - Analyze feedback to find common themes and trends that
concern your customers or employees, informing decisions with unstructured
input"

I'm having a VERY hard time finding any examples or tutorials on this. The
goal is to take a field in a Service Desk incident like "comment" or "subject
line" and perform analysis on this unstructured data. Any guidance on finding
out more about this would be appreciated. I'm searching extensively but am
wondering if I'm not using the right terms.

I didn't find much information about text classification in SQL server
2008 either, but there is a tutorial for SQL server 2005 that you mind
find useful
