Hello,
Im new to using webi and i am messing around with a few reporting
functions.

I am using:
InfoView 65.010.00000.1011
WebIntelligence Reporter 65.010.00000.1011
WebIntelligence Explorer 65.010.00000.1011
to access and modify HTML reports online. I use the webIntelligence
HTML report panel to run reports and queries. I have created prompts
in Query Filters and when i click run i am presented with the prompts.
My question is will it be possible to in certain situations to put in
values for certain prompts and insert some sort of a wildcard (simliar
to * for sql query) to import all values for a specific prompt. I have
left the value blank but am met with an error "You must enter or
select a prompt value" Thanks for any help in advance.

Also would it be possible to put a report date hardcoded into the
report under the Report footer section in the text area? like using
[date]. i noticied that [pages]/[pages] produces 1/12 so i wonder if
thats at all possible and if there is a list of tags that i can use.

Thanks for any help in advance.

Still stuck on this?
To answer your first question: yes this is possible. The wildcard
character generally depends on which database you are connecting to in
BO. I would try the "*" or "%" character.

For your second question, you can add a free-standing cell with the
Last Refreshed Date. In Infoview, open the report for editing and make
sure the Manager Window is open (on the left you will have tabs for
data, templates, properties). On the templates tabs, under Free
Standing Cells, drag the Last Refreshed Date to your report on the
right.
