I am new on both SQL and windows cluster. Our company is trying to deploy a
HA SQL system, which I need to install SQL2005 to windows cluster. My
question is:
Since windows cluster will share one back end storage chassis, where should
I put SQL2005 on each windows front end server:
front end server's internal HD or back end shared storage?

Thanks a lot!!!

SQL Binaries are local to each node. SQL Data must be stored on the
back-end storage array.

Thanks. Then how to apply SQL2005 mirror feature?

Mirroring and clustering are separate, independent features. You can create
two virtual server instances of SQL and mirror them as a different test
platform.
