In SBS 2003 Premium (non-R2), SQL Server 2000 can only be installed on your
SBS machine for you to be covered by the SBS CALs. This in itself has
limitations like 4GB maximum memory and multiple instances running on the
SBS machine like SBSMONITORING and SHAREPOINT. By default, SQL Server (and
ISA if you install it as well) will use up as much memory resource as it can
unless you throttle it to suit your preference.
