A wiki written in Progress' Webspeed tool.

A couple of major problems fixed.

-- maint.html is not IE friendly (Sourceforge 1867883)
-- Problem creating users (Sourceforge 1867882)
-- Do not allow embedded scripts (Sourceforge 1864231)
-- Better identify who may be editing a page (Sourceforge 1849001)
