Post subject: Performance Counters
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>sqlserver>notificationsvcs (more info?)

i'm getting performance monitors errors after sometime the NS instance
is running. for example:

"The performance monitor failed to get subscription counter values to
update the performance counters."

i found out its a known NS bug. Microsoft's solution is to unregister
and then re-register the NS Instance in order to re-create the corrupted
counters.

i was wondering if any of you found a better solution / fix for that
problem.
thanks
