I've inherited a Windows 2003/SQL Server 2005 active/passive cluster
that has MSDTC clustered in the same group as Cluster Name, Cluster IP
Address, and the quorum drive.

It's not configured to be "network enabled."

What steps do I need to take to fix this?

I have already perused that link.

I have a more basic question:

Can I simply delete the MSDTC cluster resource, re-configure it
according to the above link, and then re-add it?
