Installing MSDE SP4 on a PC with BlackBerry 4.1 installed

Hello,

I jave a PC with BlackBerry 4.1 installed. So, I have a MSDE installed with
default instance.

Now I want to install a named instance of MSDE SP4, but it seems to be
impossible. I have add the option to create the log file of the
installation, but there is no log file created. Seems that the MSDE
installed by BlackBerry prevent me to install a named instance of MSDE.

Any idea ?

quite strange....
you provided the /L*v "c:\mylog.txt" parameter and it has not been created
at all?
