Hyperion Essbase Developer position with a long-time client in Des
Moines, IA. Feel free to pass this along if you are not interested for
any reason (referral $ to you if ever we place your referral).
Don't want to relocate to Des Moines? No problem so long as you're
willing to commute to Des Moines every other month for a week (but
realize the client will give preference to someone who will relocate).
NOTE: I have to confirm the company will pick up T&L expenses for the
commute, but I would think so UNLESS they want to hire someone within
a few hours driving commute.
This is a pretty straight-forward position in the financial planning
and analysis department working with an existing team of Essbase
developers who deliver / support management reporting systems to a
group of financial analysts.
Note that we've placed other Hyperion professionals with this client
over the past few years who are happy and still with the company (good
culture, benefits package, friendly working environment, etc.)
Qualifications
4+ years Hyperion Essbase development experience (full life cycle to
include load rules, calc scripts, ASO/BSO, and partitioning)
2+ years relational database experience
Strong interpersonal / communication skills (will be working with
users to gather and translate requirements to functional specs, etc.
on through to delivery)
Preferred Qualifications
Hyperion Planning applications design experience
System 9, MDM and EIS experience
Experience with or exposure to MDM
