Filemaker 8 and blank records

Hello,

We use Filemaker 8 server admin and recently, each time we do a find
on one of our fields we seem to generating blank records! We use fx
php to interact with the web and some times when a new record is
created through the web also there are blank records being generated!
We are unable to track when these records are being created.

Our filemaker database got corrupted a month back and we had to revert
to one of our backups. Is that causing the current behavior? If so
what could be a good solution to avoid this?

HELP please!
