I would hightly appreicate if anyone can guide me about Clustering
enviroment. Let's say there is a clustering enviornment and there are 12 SQL
Servers are running on that clustering enviornment. Now the question what is
clustering and what would be the benifits of running sql on clustering
envionment.

Thanks in advance.

It appears you have no real idea what clustering is so I think you need to
do some basic research before asking a question like that here. Don't get me
wrong it is not that I or anyone else doesn't want to answer it but the
answer is really beyond what can be reasonable explained in a newsgroup post
if you don't have at least some foundation. I would start here with the HA
options available to SQL Server and the Windows clustering service overview.
