Hi
SQL server 2000.
I have no replication going on. I cannot edit my client file to xpand a
column width.
I get an error stating that i cannot modify a table that is being
replicated.

1) There are no replications listed in the replications and subscriptions
area.
2) I have tried the 'sp' routines for removing any replication references
from the system tables.
3) I was able to add a new column to the table but not able to modify an
existing column.

Does anyone know how to forcefully remove any replication flags from
whatever part of SQL server that may be storeing this information.

I just want to expand a column width. It is getting time critical as the
state of Massachusettes is expanding their medicaid ID from 10 to 12 chars
wide. This goes into effect on Jan 1st. I have tried posting to the normal
MS forums and got nowhere.

Thank you
Jerry C

Jerry - you've tried both sp_MSunmarkreplinfo (it takes a tablename as a
parameter) and sp_removedbreplication? What is the value of replinfo in
sysobjects for the table?
