How do you migrate a cluster from active\passive to active\active in sql
server 2000 running Windows Server 2003 R2?

You install a second instance.

You will need new disks, new IP addresses, and a new network Name for the
new instance. In essence, it will appear and act as a second database
server.

and then you put one instance on one node and the other instance on the
other node... tadaaaa, you are done
